You say I will learn from this trial I face,

Waiting Game -
Be Still My Soul
Have you ever played the waiting game,
waiting for tests results, wondering in vain,
knowing that worry will not help a thing
so you pray instead hoping peace it brings.
that You are at the center of my troubled soul,
You are the breath that gives me life,
You know my heartache and weakness tonight.
You say that I need Your amazing grace,
So I might understand the way others feel
when they fear "that disease" for them may be real.
whatever the trials I am going through,
and remind me Lord that You are near...
always waiting to lift the burden of fear.
so that I might reach out showing Your love in action,
I know that trusting and letting go
is the journey to peace for my wavering soul.
