Trust
He fed the multitudes
Many years ago
He nourished their bodies
And blessed their souls.
Today He's the same
He will feed you and I
Fulfilling our needs
He will not deny.
So sit and wait
Like the crowds on the hill
Open to His Spirit
Being quiet and still.
Our wants are different
Than our needs
And only God knows
What is best for me
So I will trust
As He leads me on
My journey home
With each new dawn.
