Close to Your
Heart
Take my hand and walk with me
through this life’s uncertainties.
Clam the storm that rises up
when the journey seems too rough.
blessing me along the way.
Help me trust and follow You
in whatever trials I go through.
help me trust and do my part,
as you lead me by the power
of Your Spirit, hour by hour.
with light that shines from deep within,
a growing reflection of Your face
strengthened by amazing grace.
overflow on all I meet
assuring me as I recall
Your presence lingers with us all.
