Forgiveness for us
for the times we fail
to nurture others
in loving ways.
Forgiveness for those
who have wronged us too,
because this is the kind of love
God offers me and you.
Love that flows
unconditionally,
and is open to us
into eternity.
Love that gave up
all there was to give
through Jesus the One
who asks us to live...
