"Friends, they cherish one another's hopes.
They are kind to one another's dreams."
- Henry David Thoreau
Grammie loves Max and is enjoying her visit
in Ottawa so much - loving Max, Ralph and Jen.
Jen, Max and I went out for a while today.

Reflection...
"When today is filled with trials, hope teaches us
that the future can bring joyous surprises
beyond our imagining. Experience has taught me
this great lesson well. Becoming a Grandmother
to Max is one of those precious joys,
that I never imagined while I was facing some
of the trials that Multiple Sclerosis
brought my way. I thank God for helping me
to work at taking better care
of my physical, emotional and spiritual health,
so that today I am able
to help care for Max.
May today's trials for you...
be only a shadow of the many joys
that you are yet to know."
- Love and prayers, Viola Doncaster.
Psalm 16 Vs 5-6
Scripture says,
that there is a time for everything
and today it is time for me to leave Ottawa
and return home to Cape Breton.
I thank God and Ralph and Jen
for the blessing of this time here
sharing in the loving care of Max
our darling Grandson.
Jennifer you make a wonderful mom
and you and Ralph sure love Max.
It was a joy to watch Ralph with Max
having his daily father-son talks.
Max is a very fortunate baby!
Ivan, Wanda and I
enjoyed our skate
on the Rideau Canal with Ralph,
even if I did need some helping hands
now and then. The Beaver Tails were great,
especially the one with maple syrup - Umm good!
Thanks sooo much for everything. I love you all!
