Dear Kevin,

I have received and continue to receive numerous calls from residents of Mountain View Drive since early in the new year.

The road was in desperate shape all spring and vehicles were often unable to drive through the mud.

There were even times during the winter months that vehicles had to be left at the bottom, or half way up the hill because of snow, ice and mud.

I request that your department have a look at these "J" class roads and prioritize them, then contact the Dept. of Trans & PW to cost share in paving some of these "J" class roads on a yearly basis.

I have enclosed a copy of a petition/letter from residents of Mountain View Drive.
