Hartwell & Kathryn Cramer (Harper/Eos 2005). On sff.net, critic Rich Horton listed "Burning Day" in his "Virtual Year's Best SF" for 2003. Andy Hat included it in his "2003 Consolidated Recommended Reading List".

Appeared in ArrowDreams: An Anthology of Alternate Canadas (Nuage Editions, 1997), edited by Mark Shainblum and John Dupuis. This anthology won the Aurora Award for Canadian SF, in the Best Other Work in English category.
