IStop.com Network - December 2004

At IStop.com we have been working to build a high-capacity, low-cost network. Our staff has extensive expertise in TCP/IP going back over 10 years, as well as experience in managing Cisco networking equipment. We have a unique combination of understanding of the technology and awareness of market options that allows us to get the maximum value for our customers.

Our main network hub is at 151 Front St. in Toronto. There we have a 100Mbps connection to Torix for peering and 2 100Mbps backbone connections to the internet. One link is to NAC.net and the other link is to Cogent. A third 100Mbps connection is due to be installed mid-December. Our Toronto POP is connected to our Ottawa POP by a 100Mbps ethernet link. Our future network plans are to increase the capacity of our internet backbone connections to GigE.
